Books, magazines, CDs, and audiobooks are due three weeks from checkout.
Videos and DVDs are due 7 days from checkout.
You will receive a receipt at checkout to tell you when they are due. To find out when your items are due, use our website to check out your account, or use our automated phone system at (515) 283.4000.
During library hours, you may call a librarian at (515) 283.4152, extension 3 and have your library card number ready so s/he can tell you when your items are due.
