Having trouble accessing WILBOR? "The WILBOR Consortium has required us by contract to limit circulation to our taxpayer base. (Des Moines, Rural Polk Co. and Windsor Heights.) This is not a DMPL decision. The WILBOR Consortium is requiring this of all its member libraries, and many metro and Iowa libraries have been limiting since last summer, when the rules first took effect. Many libraries are WILBOR members, so contact your home library to see if your home library card has access to WILBOR, or NEIBORS, the other Iowa e-book consortium."

Required Software
For Smartphones and Tablets (including the iPod Touch): the OverDrive Media Console can be found in your device's app store.
For PC and Mac Computers:
OverDrive Media Console - is required for downloading and transfering audio books.
Adobe Digital Editions - is required for downloading and transfering e-books to e-ink ereaders like the Nook Glow or Sony ereader.
