Lending Rules:
- Users can check out three WILBOR items at one time: three eBooks or three downloadable audiobooks or a combination of the two (but not three of each.)
- eBooks check out for two weeks at a time and can't be renewed, although they can be checked out and downloaded again if no one is waiting. Your eBook will not open after its two-week checkout period and will need to be deleted from your computer or eReader.
- Borrowers can have up to three holds waiting on eBooks checked out by other readers. Borrowers are notified by email when those titles become available, and to check out that hold item the user must have fewer than the maximum of three items checked out so that there is room to check out the new item.
- Users will not be put back at the top of the waiting list just because they already have three items checked out. The system doesn't "know" how many items you have checked out when a new item becomes available.
If you need additional assistance, email the library webmaster at libwebmaster@dmpl.org.
